Gentlemen:
I had recently purchased over $200 in groceries at my local Fry’s which has a fuel center. I filled up once but when I went back today I got no discount. The attendant told me If I had filled up even once it used up all my points. ???
I asked about the 1ooo pt and $1.00 off per gallon and was told I had to reach 1000 pts to get 10c discount, But If they take all my accumlulative points at each refill, how will I ever get any discount again.
I got two different explanations from two different clerks, so as you can see I am totally onfused and a bit chargrined at the way my account has been treated. The sign above the pump does not explain the new policy, only that you spend $1000 you get $1.00 off per gallon.
What is the truth? I will look forward to your earliest response. EMail or by phone.
Very Truly Yours,

PS. I have tried without luck to reach customer service by phone. A good idea would be a call back system. I got tired of waiting on the line while my cellphone minutes were being used up.

Jack, I am not the Fry’s store. If you want more information check out their site –

I have replied to you via email letting you know that if you don’t want to redeem your point throughout the month then don’t give your card to the attendant and don’t input it into the pumping station.

Best of Luck.

Why is it so hard to just simply check my fuel point balance? I click on fuel points and it’s just about the program. I try Fry’s Food/fuel points, nothing. If there is an option I don’t see it. Please enlighten me. It should not be so hard to find. Thanks.

Forget a reply. Your not the Fry’s store. Quote, unquote from another comment I just saw.

Karen,

To see your Fry’s Fuel Points balance, you need to log in to your account online at https://www.frysfood.com/ or through the app on your iOS or Android device. If you log in online, click on “My Account” in the upper right then on “Points Summary” under “My Points” along the left. If that does not work, call 866-221-4141 and speak with customer service.

Thank you for visiting my site.

Hope this helps,
Sara
