I’m so glad that you get it! It’s so important to realize that you are in each part of everything you are as a wife, mother, cook, housekeeper, etc. but you are also way more than that. Not every woman does the same things that make up you so even though you are much more than those things, it still makes up a part of you. Please don’t think the real SARA hasn’t exited because You have to embrace that part of you and then reach for a more inner personal part of you that is unique to just you as Sara not as a mom, sister, daughter in law, etc. I hope this makes sense…

Kim,

Thank you for stopping by today and sharing your thoughts. It does make sense! Unfortunately, sometimes being all these things leaves me feeling like I as a individual don’t exist. And I don’t want to wake up one day resenting anything I’ve done.

Sara,

I loved your post on Becky & Hollee’s blog . They are both incredible women (full disclosure-I’m in their book) and you are very inspiring as well. I look forward to learning more about your “year of awesome”. I hope to join you really soon! I have just set out on my own adventure to reclaim myself and hope I can report back quite soon on how the next year will be awesome for me too. I hope wonderful things happen to you! Congratulations!
