Please check your local ad for your current coupon promotion. In the Phoenix-area, I have confirmation from Safeway that they’re still running the “all coupons are $1″ promotion even though it is no longer listed in their ad.
Safeway no longer uses eCoupons from Cellfire. They have launched their own in-house program called Just for U. Make sure your Safeway Club Card is preloaded with these new eCoupons.
