Claim Your Independence: Mophie Juice Pack Powerstation Giveaway [CLOSED]

Win A Mophie Charger

If you have a mobile device, be it a smartphone, tablet, or e-reader I’m sure you’ve been out and had the notification pop up that you have 20% battery-life remaining. Surely, I can’t be the only one. Regardless of which mobile device, when you’re away from the house it’s just you and your tech. The plug is at home. And when the device is dying, so are you.

We’re so dependent on our tech these days. Our phones are no longer used just for calling people. Smart phones are GPS units and communication devices. Tablets have replaced computers and e-readers give us a library of books we can actually carry around with us. So when the battery turns red, we panic.

No more, my friend! Claim your independence!

VZWBuzzWhen I was visiting the Verizon Wireless offices I was given two Mophie Juice Pack Powerstations. These are the 4000 mAh capacity units and will charge most any USB-powered device. I have 4 different types of accessory power and always have one in my bag. I love the Mophie because it’s easy to use and gets the job done while looking good.

Sure, I have a charger in my car but if I’m at the library, visiting a museum, at the pool, at a meeting, or a conference I don’t always have my wall charger. And if I do I may not have a plug nearby, or want to be tethered to the wall. What to do? I can’t let my mobile device run down. And let’s not even talk about keeping BabyGirl’s eReader powered up when she has to hang out with me at a meeting. A dead battery is not an option. Being on the go means having my phone charged so I can stay in touch, take photos, or entertain a bored 10yo.

The Mophie Powerstation is sleek, lightweight, and easily fits in any purse, messenger bag, travel bag, or tote. It’s perfect for guys or gals, and is a great way to meet people. Seriously,  talk about having the power in a relationship! If you have the power cord for your device and one end is a USB then chances are this handy-dandy charger will power-up your device (or that of a friend).

These are the Verizon Wireless Accessory of the Month, so if you don’t win or need one right now head in to a Verizon store (or order online) and pick up a Mophie 4000 for $69.99 (a savings of $10 off the everyday price) until June 30th. If you’d like to win one, it’s easy to enter!

Since Verizon Wireless gave me 2 (a red one and a black one), I am giving away a black Mophie Powerstation 4000 to one lucky Saving For Someday reader. Follow the directions below for a chance to win.

How to Enter

Leave a comment below and tell me what devices you’d power-up if you won the Mophie 4000! Truly, it’s that simple! Your entry confirms that you have read and understand the Official Rules.

This sweepstakes begins June 14, 2013 06:00am PDT and ends June 21, 2013 at 11:59pm PST. The winner will be selected by random drawing on June 22, 2013.

But Wait! There’s More!

And after you enter my giveaway, my friend Robyn at Robyn’s Online World has a Mophie Powerstation Giveaway that goes through June 30th. I’ve known Robyn online for a few years, but met her in person at the Verizon Insider’s meeting in California. So enter her giveaway too! Really, can you have enough power when it comes to charging your mobile devices?

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited. For more details view the Official Rules.

Disclosure: I was provided two (2) Mophie 4000 devices by Verizon Wireless because I am a Verizon Insider. I was asked to give one of the devices away to a reader. I would most likely charge my phone most often since it seems to need charging daily…maybe I use it a bit too much :). My second thing to charge would be my kindle fire-can’t go anywhere without a book and that holds MANY at one time!

I would charge my iPhone, iPad, and my daughter would certainly use it for her iPod and iPhone. We were at a wedding recently and someone had one of these. I was so jealous since my phone battery had died and I had to beg to borrow hers when she was done.

I would charge my iPhone – my lifeline! (Do you mean June 14-21?)

Darlene June 14, 2013 at 12:18 pm

I’d give to my teen son who is forever running out of juice on his smartphone, and for some reason he can’t manage his usage. Now he’s driving and I want to make sure we can stay in touch. Thanks!

Since I have to use a portable oxygen concentrator that needs to be recharged every 4 hours when I am out and active, it would be nice to have one less device to worry about battery life with. I’d do my iPhone with it, simply because both of these are my lifeline when I am out.

Curt June 14, 2013 at 5:10 pm

Everything! Everything that gets used up when I’m portable.

We lost power in Feb and I was without a phone (all I have is my cell) for 5 days! Crazy. I’d love a back up power source.

Michelle C June 16, 2013 at 6:46 am

I would charge my phone, it would save me carrying around a back up phone in case my battery dies. TY for the chance to win one

Between the 7 of us, we have quite a few devices (ipad, iphone, galaxy tab) that could use extra power.

Megan Montgomery June 16, 2013 at 2:44 pm

I would probably charge my phone — if I could get it away from my son. He always seems to need to charge his Kindle!

Lyn June 16, 2013 at 7:40 pm

This would be for daughter in grad school. She’d be able to use the Morphie Powerstation with her cell phone and iPad.

I would totally power up my iphone & iPad mini. And probably everything else I could find that would work with it. Because being disconnected? Not.An.Option.
