Free Steaz Organic Iced Teaz

Last week I finally got to Target to use my Steaz coupons that were expiring.  I’ve never tried Steaz Teas before, but I had seen them at Whole Foods before.  I’m not normally a can tea drinker — too many of those yucky ones as a teen, I guess.  But, being the money-saving wife that I am I figured if I didn’t like them that CycleGuy (that’s my hubby) probably would or at least pretend so I wouldn’t feel bad about buying these.

So, armed with my Steaz Teaz BOGO coupons off I went to my local Super Target to procure me some free fancy tea.  The Steaz tea was plentiful on the shelf and I chose one White Tea that is lightly sweetened and has lime and pomegranate and one Green Tea that is lightly sweetened and has blueberry, pomegranate and acai.  CycleGuy ended up opening the White Tea at dinner but he didn’t like it — too much lime for him.  I liked it a lot, but I like lime and I don’t like my drinks very sweet.  CycleGuy had the Green Tea the next day and liked that one much better.  I thought it was definitely sweeter, but still very good.

The cans are a good size, 16oz.  And I like that Steaz is a company that shares similar world views that I have — be good to the planet, help others, fair trade.  Now, to be honest I don’t think I’d spend $1.09 on a can of tea.  But then again, this is a frugal mom’s blog you’re reading.  Nonetheless, if by buying their product I’m helping others then I can feel good about my splurge.  To be honest, thought, I don’t really drink much in the way of bottled beverages.  I’m a water drinking kinda gal.  Just ask CycleGuy!

If you want to try some Steaz Oraganic Iced Teaz, which are available at both (participating) Target and Whole Foods, go HERE and print a coupon and give Steaz Organic Iced Teaz a try.  You can get two cans for $1.09 (plus tax where applicable) and I think you’ll like them too!

Disclosure:  In case you’re wondering, no Steaz did not pay me to write this.  Ok, sure, I got a free can of their tea but so can you and you don’t have to write about it.   But if they had paid me, I would have said the same thing, because that’s just the right thing to do.  If you want to you can always post a comment and let me know what you think of Steaz Organic Iced Teaz.

(PS – Incase you’re reading Steaz, I stole the picture from your site.  Hope you don’t mind.)
