Making Healthy Living A Priority

As many of you know, I’m a Community Leader in the Horizon Healthy Families community. One of the things I love about it is sharing tips and information about incorporating positive experiences into our lives. Being a healthy family is more than just the food we put on the table. It’s about mom finding time for herself, creating fun activities for the kids, enjoying friends and family and so much more.

To kick off 2012, the Horizon Healthy Families community is giving away a $200 Target gift card. All you have to do is comment on the discussion listed below. Click on the discussion link, and leave a comment. If you’re not a member of the community, it’s very easy to join. You won’t get an email inbox full of junk because, well, that’s not part of making healthy living. But a $200 Target gift card is, so join the community and enter to win!

And while you’re there, join the discussions. Or start one of your own — This is OUR community!
