Totally Taken Care Of This Summer With Listerine

Disclosure: I received several products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE® “Totally Take Care Of” campaign. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this post are my own.

Spring and Summer seem to be busier than ever when it comes to family and kids. Between all the school events, trying to select camps, plan vacation, or just figure out what to do with the days between the end of school and back to school, there’s a lot to figure out. But with more treat and more outdoor fun we’re still reminding the kids about brushing their teeth and using sunscreen. Plus, there’s bound to be a few times some needs an adhesive bandage. That’s why I’m glad to be part of the Listerine Mom group so we can make sure it’s all Totally Taken Care Of.

If you’re new here, understand that I am a dental hygiene fanatic. I hated going to the dentist so I was one of those kids that brushed and flossed like it was an Olympic sport. I even used the icky medicinal Listerine my grandpa used. See, my relationship with Listerine goes way back. Luckily, though, there are pretty purple and blue with breath-freshening minty flavors in the Listerine Total Care line now. And, because the kids loves Disney’s Frozen we can get Anna, Elsa, and Olaf to help us encourage the kids to rinse with Listerine Smart Rinse.

Let’s be honest. We don’t brush and floss like we’re supposed to. And we know the kids do their best, but we can only encourage and teach them how to do it right because we can’t do it for them. When it comes down to singing those ABCs or properly flossing, we know they’re doing the best they can. As for us, some days showers are a luxury so we just do our best with brushing. Which is why I’ve come to rely on Listerine Total Care and the fact that it helps keep the plaque and bacteria at bay even when we’re rushing.

Listerine Brand is my go-to for oral care because it offers ways for everyone to keep their mouth healthy so there’s plenty of smiles. Having done the 21-day challenge, I know that rinsing after brushing makes a big difference.

Since summer’s a time to play and enjoy the outdoors, I’m glad Johnson & Johnson sent along some Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, Neosporin, and Neutrogena sunscreen spray. With all the cycling CycleGuy does, sunscreen always comes in handy. And who doesn’t love a Snoopy bandage?

I hope you’re ‘Totally Taken Care Of’ this spring and summer. Whether it’s peace of mind that your family’s teeth are healthy or knowing you’ve got sunscreen and first aid supplies, Johnson & Johnson has you covered. And if you need to stock up on wellness or first aid products, Walgreens makes it easy (even if you’re on the road.) While I usually pack everything, if we’re staying more than a few days, it’s nice to know that I can just pop into a store and get everything I need instead of packing it all.

How are you going to ensure your family is ‘Totally Taken Care Of’ this spring and summer?
